COD statistics and profitability calculator
With cash on delivery, margin is decided by the confirmation rate, the delivery rate and the cost per lead. ReadyStore puts those numbers in one place.
ReadyStore provides order statistics (by day, by product, by month), expense management and a COD profitability calculator. The calculator starts from the number of leads, the cost per lead, the confirmation and delivery rates, and product, delivery and return costs to estimate net profit, profit per delivered unit and the break-even lead cost.
Three tools to steer your margin
Order statistics
Follow today’s orders, the products that receive orders and the month-by-month trend.
Expenses
Record and filter the costs that matter for each store: label, description, amount and date. Duplication supported.
Profitability calculator
Estimate an offer’s net profit before raising the budget, using the real ratios of COD.
Understand where margin leaks
Out of 100 leads, 60 are confirmed and 33 delivered: the other 27 come back and cost a return. The calculator applies this chain (leads → confirmed → delivered → returns) to your costs to estimate net profit, profit per delivered unit, minimum selling price and break-even lead cost.
The example shown reuses the calculator’s default values: net profit is 151 for 100 leads, and the break-even lead cost is 6.51 against 5 paid.
- Net profit, profit per delivered unit
- Minimum selling price and break-even lead cost
- Extra costs per confirmed or delivered order
Analytics and profitability questions
What does the profitability calculator compute?
Confirmed and delivered orders, revenue, ad cost, cost per delivered order, net profit, profit per unit, minimum selling price and break-even lead cost.
Why does the delivery rate weigh so much?
Because every undelivered order generates a return cost with no revenue. A few points of delivery rate can turn an offer from profit to loss. See the calculation guide.
Do statistics include abandoned orders?
Abandonments are tracked in their own list. Order statistics cover saved orders.
Can I export my data?
Selected orders can be exported and synced to Google Sheets for your own analysis.
