COD order management: from new lead to delivery
One dashboard to confirm, ship, cancel and archive, with stock aligned to statuses and exports for your team.
ReadyStore orders follow a status cycle (new, confirmed, shipped, cancelled, archived) with bulk actions, history and exports. Stock follows statuses: decrement when handed to the carrier, restoration after cancellation, reinstatement of received returns. Google Sheets and logistics integrations extend the dashboard.
A clear cycle, fast actions
Each order moves from one status to the next from a single view. You process several rows at once, find a customer’s history and export the selection for your team or carrier.
Cancelled and archived orders are filed separately, and the trash lets you recover anything deleted by mistake.
- Statuses: new, confirmed, shipped, cancelled, archived
- Bulk actions on several orders
- Export selected orders for your teams
What stays in sync for you
Stock tied to statuses
Quantity decreases when the order is handed to the carrier, returns after a cancellation, and is reinstated when a return is received.
Google Sheets
Create or pick a file, sync orders and abandonments automatically or on demand, with history and duplicate prevention.
Delivery: Gibship
Send orders and abandonments to the Gibship delivery service, read back statuses and rerun a sync. The integration is set up with your Gibship access.
Protection
Blocked-IP lists and repeated-order detection to limit fake orders.
Order origin
Each order’s source (UTM, ad identifiers, landing URL) is stored so you can tie sales back to your campaigns.
Live visitors
