COD store launch checklist before running ads
An ad budget spent on a poorly set up store is a lost budget. Here’s what to verify before sending the first click.

Before running ads to a cash-on-delivery store, verify five areas: the offer and product page, the order form on mobile, Meta tracking (Pixel, Conversions API, abandonments), how operations are organized (confirmation, delivery, stock) and page speed.
To validate before the first click
- 1
1. The offer and product page
Price, visuals, benefits, bundles and delivery are consistent. Reread the page as a customer: is everything clear without asking a question?
- 2
2. The form on mobile
Place a test order on a real phone: fields, keyboard, displayed total, confirmation message.
- 3
3. Meta tracking
Pixel linked to the right product, events received by browser and server, deduplication checked in Events Manager.
- 4
4. What happens to abandonments
Decide, for each Pixel, the event tied to abandoned orders, and check it follows Meta’s rules.
- 5
5. Operations
Who confirms orders, within what time, with which call script? Which carrier, statuses and stock?
